I have six chat folders. One of them disappeared from my Telegram Desktop (Linux version 5.13.1). However, it was still visible on my Android device.
After I rearranged the folders on my Android device, the missing folder reappeared in the Desktop.
Looks like a bug. But, there are no definite steps to reproduce.
All chat folders should be shown.
One chat folder is missing.
