The hand pointer shows on all clickable elements, not just hyperlinks

The hand pointer cursor (👆) should only show on hyperlinks. Many websites disregard that rule but it's still usually true for desktop applications, so it feels weird. If you think your clickable UI elements aren't clear enough using the pointer cursor is not the correct solution.

Expected behaviour

Clickable UI elements that aren't hyperlinks should use the normal arrow pointer.

Actual behaviour

Clickable UI elements that aren't hyperlink use the hand pointer.
