Notifications in Windows 11

Steps to reproduce

1. log in to multiple accounts
2. Turn off the "Show notifications "All accounts"" toggle
3. Get messages on all accounts
4. Look at the message counter in the taskbar in windows 11

Expected behaviour

I think that if this switch is turned off, then the message counter should also display the number of messages of the currently active account, as it did in Windows 10.

Actual behaviour

The message counter in the taskbar shows the total number of messages on all accounts, in Windows 10 the counter showed the number of messages only from the active one.
