Emojis disappeared - unavailable

Steps to reproduce

I'm the admin and manager of the Telegram channel. I'm not able to add any emoji to any message within this particular channel as the entire list of the emojis disappeared maybe 2 months ago.

1. I can add emoji from my mobile phone but not at the desktop app.
2. Other channels are different, I can add emoji.
3. My colleague, who's the 2nd manager, isn't able to add any emoji as well.

Any recommendation, please? I'm the Pro user just like my colleague.

Expected behaviour

I want to be able to add emoji to the message at the desktop version of Telegram.
