Telegramm Desctop. Message modification time is not updated

Steps to reproduce

Post a private message.
After 2 minutes correct message (see message time is changed).
The next day correct the same message again.

Expected behaviour

Message modification time is updated (see the current time)

Actual behaviour

Message modification time is not updated (see the time of previous changing).

At mobile version it looks the same way.
