Make Safe Mode the default when opening a new collection

I have checked the following:

• I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This feature

• blocks me from using Bruno
• would improve my quality of life in Bruno
• is something I've never seen an API client do before

Describe the feature you want to add, and how it would change your usage of Bruno

It's rather annoying to get hit with a popup every time I open a new collection, only to end up selecting Safe Mode 99% of the time. Make this the default path and allow users to change it to developer mode after it's already been opened. It's too obtrusive for the majority of users.

Also, consider removing the "Beta" label. Safe mode is out for over a year, it should be stable by now.
