Closing old issues?

The > 1k github issues sends the wrong signal.

I think somesome should start with the oldest and check if they really still are an issue, and close them if they are not. Also close and old issue that does not have enough info or minimum code example to reproduce.

A lot of bug also seem to really be "Feature/Enhancement Request". Take #6372 should constants from the in vsh scripts autoimported os module be available? Well no specs says it will be, so it sounds like a request to me.
