How can i use new EntryPlugin in watching mode ?

大家好，我想请教一下在 rspack watch 模式下该如何新增一个入口文件呢？

应用场景为，我想使用 watching 模式来动态监听用户新增的入口文件，以便加入到构建产物中。

希望结果是在 watching 的时 new-entry.js 也可以加入打包构建。不知道是否我的写法问题。尝试了很久但是都没能实现该功能。
