You are trying to use some other Ubuntu version instructions on your Ubuntu 25.04 platform.

This will never work due to how Debian and Ubuntu packages operate.

Additionally, Ubuntu 25.04 is not listed as a supported option.

As per the note below the list of supported platforms:

Your options are:

1. Compile the application yourself from source
2. Raise a support case with your Linux Distribution to provide you with an applicable package you can use.
3. Use a better distribution
