Where is core/internal.d.ts?

I want to add custom ext to Deno.

But when I look into existing ext codes, for example, the console ext

The Deno LSP gives me errors like Unable to load a local module: on ../../core/internal.d.ts and cannot find ext modules like ext:core/mod.js.

Is this d.ts file generated? How can I resolve these errors?

It seems to be dead code, it should be pointing to a file from deno_core repo: https://github.com/denoland/deno_core/blob/main/core/core.d.ts

No, there's no way - ext:core/ops is a "virtual" module that is generated on the fly when runtime is bootstrapped.
