fixed Albums are not purged from the recent/sidebar when deleted

Description

Changed it so that if you delete an album a dispatch event triggers and recentAlbums is forced to refetch and update.
The biggest problem that it solves is that you got a error code 400 when you tried to press a deleted album.
Fixes "Albums are not purged from the recent/sidebar when deleted #17833"
