Cyberduck Product Query for Enterprise

We are looking for an enterprise license for S3 compatible client to access the object storage for both Windows and MacBook. We have the following queries regarding the procurement of this product:

1. What is the minimum number of licenses that need to be purchased?
2. Are there separate licenses for Windows and Mac, or can the same be used for both?
3. Are these licenses perpetual or subscription-based?
4. Is there any concurrency of license to user ratio (e.g., 1 license for 3 users)?
5. Will features that are currently greyed out be available in the paid version?
6. If a license is purchased from the App Store, will it apply only to MacBook users, or can Windows users also use it? Conversely, if purchased from the Windows Store, can it be used for MacBook users?
7. How many application version updates do we receive in the paid version?
8. What is the best way to purchase the registration key?
9. Is there any partner/vendor from whom it can be procured and who will provide a demo?
10. Please confirm that no data is sent outside through this client.
