Code With Me / IntelliJ Remote Development / Fleet Support

Love the plugin so much it annoys me when I am in a remote session and the tags are all white. Not sure if this is known or not, but it doesnt appear to work with the 'code with me' feature of PHPstorm. The plugin installs via the market place, but when editing the tags all remain the same color. I can confirm the config shows and other plugins work.

So rainbow brackets is not compatible with remote development ?

I know this item is closed, and we've had some responses about remote development. I'd like to throw my hat into this ring that it'd be nice to get this working. Either from a workaround or something else. Many plugins, including Github CoPilot work fine in remote development mode.

Bit of a double post, but was playing with this a bit more. There's another linked issue: #2817

The key is the plugin needs to be installed on the host. Don't install it also on the client. If you install on the client, it'll give alerts saying that you need to unlock, plus giving the com xml issue mentioned here. So nothing on the client, just install on the host and it works.
