This guide sets up Jenkins with NGINX as a reverse proxy using a UNIX socket and HTTP on Debian-based systems, covering service tweaks, NGINX setup, permissions, and firewall rules for local access. For ongoing documentation improvements, see GitHub Issue #6891, which may address related enhancements to Jenkins reverse proxy guides.

Thanks very much @Lonwwolf14, the documentation part looks good. I am not well-versed in NGINX configuration so I may need additional confirmation that everything works as described, but the content seems to be in line with the NGINX documentation.
