Add arboard's wayland-data-control feature

the goal is to fix and close #4; however, I don't use Wayland, so it'd be great if someone who does (@luisnquin perhaps?) could verify that this works (here's my branch that this is implemented on: https://github.com/achristmascarl/stu/tree/use-arboard-wayland).
