Portable version and dependencies issue windows

I have checked the following:

• I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This bug is:

• making Bruno unusable for me
• slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
• annoying
• this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug

Since the version after 1.34, the portable version on Windows creates files in user folders (e.g., AppData), which causes issues on machines with AppLocker enabled.

Version 1.34 works as expected, keeping all required files within the same folder as the binary.

Environment:

• Windows with AppLocker enabled

• Affected versions: After 1.34

This issue will be fixed by #4173, which provides an option to add custom installation path.
This will go out in the next release

We’ve released an experimental build to fix this issue, and this fix will likely be included in our release, v2.5.0.
